immigration office adventure!!

i went to the immigration office today!!

woke up a bit later than usual around 8am, went to 동사무소 to get a bunch of 서류 i needed to get "the residency card" .. (this card supposedly restores your 주민번호 so u can get health insurance, get paid and even vote??)

there was only office at 목동 so i took 9호선 and went 뿌룽뿌룽 as quickly as i could! it actually didnt take that long to get there, the place was rather empty (i had so many terrible experiences at the us immigration office... they were the worst of the worst... one time.. this girl made me go back between 2 offices three times for no good reason.. n yelled at me cuz my hand writng was bad... what the heck)

when my turn came, i turned the forms and ran back to the subway station!!

well of course on the way to the subway i grabbed brunch.. 만두!! i think i got the first batch of the day cuz the store was just opening as i entered.. 만두 were 탱탱 and so fresh

so good!! i noticed something while i was eating my delicious 만두.. nobody in korea eats while walking??? hmm i think its more common in the usa.. well probably cuz americans tend to eat sandwiches n pizza more!

i got back to the office around noon and started power working!! oh i had another thought while i was on the subway... why is the card i am getting called residencey card???? i am abit worried that having two residency status will nullfy my us resideceny... u know it technically doesnt make sense to be residents of two countries??? I have a korean passport..and i am korean so why do i need another card to live n get paid in korea. nothing makes much sense..... i need to get US citizenship as soon as possible to settle my identiy for good!!

dinner was 국내식당!! had this random soup..... cant remember the name... it had like black balls... tasted like fish eggs.. kind of squishy.. gross... so i didnt really eat..!!

since i dont sleep much theses. days . i am beginning to lose sense of reality.. i feel like my week consist of just one looooongg dayyyyy with naps here and there.. 오늘이 내일같고.. 어제가 오늘같고... 다 똑같어 ㅋㅋㅋ 이제... 그냥 원 롱데이!!!
