the butter brunch!

we usually go to our office on fridays so I decided to raid the kitchen to have breakfast!!

while rummaging through the cupboard, i found this lovely buttery goodness hehehe. bread pre-drenched in butter?? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ whoever thought of this idea is a genius!!

i put 2 huge slices into the toaster to get that golden brown crustiness and I applied generous amount of peanut butter to finish my deadly breakfast !! looks so good right??? yum yum yum.. so creammyyy

i felt guilty afterwards... but I am so going to make another one next friday when i return to the office!!

i spent the whole morning writing interview notes.... (these are basically written summary of expert interviews consultants conduct, the hourly rates for these interviews can be ridiculous!! some dudes get paid like 700-900 bucks an hour ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ more than lawyers??? )

during lunch, i went to do the daewoo interview at 여의도! everyone is busy with meetings on fridays so even though I was away for 2-3hours. nobody seemed to have noticed. !!

the dawesoo building was really nice on the outside... the lobby was super fancy. and the elevators zoomed between floors ㅋㅋㅋㅋ but the inside was ok... .. the interview room itself looked like a prison cell.. where police interrogate .. prisoners... there were no windows.. and wall was painted white! you will go mad.. if you stay there too long ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

it was cool to see finance in motion though!!! like you see on wall street movies.... numbers and graphs flashing on 100 monitors, and people bustling back and forth!

all that made me excited for a second!! and I could not help but notice this dude eating mcdonalds on his desk ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

anyways, the interview went ok.. It was no pressure environment so I just told him about my resume and my interest in finance.. like i told you on the phone.. the dude is new himself and is trying to build a team around him.... he had a 빵빵 한 resume though.. he worked at jp morgan,, hsbc and even had his own company.. before things went south during the financial crisisㅋㅋㅋ

he gave me a little pitch of what he was planning to do with his new team.. and it was quite interesting!

the position is going to be high risk/ high reward... like if the dude does well... everyone on the team will benefit.. but if he messes up.. and loses lot of money... im pretty sure everyone is going to be fired with him ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ... i feel like taking the position will be like gambling!!!

for dinner, I and the intern went to have 삼겹살!

고기를 열심히 굽고! 김치도 굽고!!

콩나물도 굽고!! 모두 다구웠지!! 히히히히히, 고기 was really 굿!! very chewy and juicy!!! 역시 고기는 돼지야!!! 꿀꿀꿀!! 돼지!

I have one question for you! , what is the difference between 생삼겹살 and regular 삼겹살?? i want to know!! 3인분 시키니까 적당하더라! we had 된장찌게, 소주, and 계란찜! a complete korean meal ! heheheh
