yumyum random fall break pics!

this is another random pic from the brewery! inside the tasting room. whats that random asian couple! both were ugly. 

they gave you this after the tasting..... the directions out of the brewery. just in case you get drunk out of two or three glasses of beer................ well eunbyul and i kinda lost our way out but we werent drunk.... loll it was more because i was distracted thinking about whether i could find my camera or not... heehee. 

 yesterday we made spring rolls!월남쌈! heehee 애들이 너무 indecisive해서 (sara was keep on saying that "oh..i have so much work..i dunno if i can cook...i dunno.." omg even if i asked her directly i couldnt get a direct answer.... wth.... ) and dan had to watch a football game so in the end steph and i biked to mom's house and bought all the spring roll ingredients! cilantro, pineapple, avocado, bean sprouts, we also bought small slices of pork.. but we when we came to cohan, all the utensils were locked inside the cupboard!! but i sneaked my hands in and took them out... and there were no frypans as well! so i seasoned the pork and just...just..microwaved it...
but it was still good!!
sylvia had brought some eggs so we also made 계란 지단!
진짜 맛있었어! so refreshing. before this i had nothing but an apple...lol.. true detox. oh and i had a cup of tea and some almonds while i was watching the movie' the hedgehog'. its a french movie, but it was pretty nice! there are alot of interesting characters, like a sarcastic girl who films the world and the superintendant who takes care of the luxury apartment with weird people (an old woman who is old and fat but is actually very warm hearted inside and reads alot of books) and another old but really handsome japanese gentleman whose apartment is japanese-style designed. really neat and nice. with wood paneled floors and nice paintings and a clean and chic kitchen. i liked it alot!

this is actually sylvia's spring roll..mine was too ugly. hers were really long and perfecT oh and we also bought the cocktail shrimps as you can see. heheh.

sara-_- again did not help out at all and just did her homework in the dining room...haha....unbelievable. we had some cider with the spring rolls, which dan kim brought!
oh and i forgot to take pics of the 볶음밥! we put too much thai pepper inside it... so it tasted like full thai peppers fullblast in your mouth. then the 'sara' had to say - oh its too 싱거워..it definitely needs soy sauce.
omg if you're not gonna do any work just shut up and eat. i really hate cooking with her.

but overall the meal was really yummy. i ate lots of avocado!
oh and steph made the peanut sauce and fish sauce for dipping! she mixed peanut butter with the mustard sauce and some fish sauce, pineapple juice!

 this is the chocolate mousse sylvia made! it actually had so much butter and chocolate in it.... but it was creamy and good. even though i dont usually like mousse. we watched the silence of the lambs! it wasnt as scary as i thought. but it was still good... alot of suspense.
we tried mixing kahlua and baileys with the chocolate mousse. it was really good....heeeheeee so thats why i slept late so i was so full. so still a little bit detox fail?
the chocolatemousse killed me!
then we chatted about random scary stories and we were all scared to return the movie to frost..so we all walked together.

this is another sneak pic from end of boston trip! this is the lemon macaroon eunbyul bought. with the mint chocolate sandwich cookie she also bought. she apparently loves cookies and stuff..i would never have bought these on my own. not really into buying these cookies type of stuff..rather cheese. 

but she gave me half of each at the bus stop, but both of them had a really soft crumbly feeling in your mouth and i really liked it! :) new tasting experiences.
