major feast day.

The 기다리고 기다리던 feast! we even prepared the pizza dough before, so.. alot of effort here. wine, dough, ingredients... the four of us spent at least 30 dollars each on this. 

so steph and i went to the tasting at amherst wine and spirits (northern italian!) and prepared our feast at cohan! 

roasting the tomatoes before putting them into the pasta. sprinkled with olive oil and with chopped garlic. yumyum..



정은 and ester were making 부추전 and 만두 next to us..joined dinner! and steph roasted the eggplants for the pizza. hehe... we were dividing roles, dan and i the pizza, steph and sylvia preparing the pizza toppings..


so you add mint to the pasta when you're eating! and chili flakes. the shrimps were the leftover from the 부추전. the pasta is the nytimes recipe!

the mozz basil pizza!! the basic one. fresh basil on top. dough nice and crispy. 
my 깜짝 픽쳐! im finishing up on our last pizza. hehe...

you can see the pizza on the right. 

so one was basil mozz pizza, another one was provolone cheese, eggplants and olives, the last one was...두둥..my favorite... 
spicy italian sausage, tomatoes rosemary and goatcheese! omg..the interesting thing was, like there were 30minutes baking time between the pizzas right? and the dough kept on tasting better and better! the last one was really crispy and puffed up. i guess it was keep on rising! now one point in baking bread: you need to let it rise thoroughly. 
 
짜잔! coconut lime cake...yumyum.. it was soft inside, and the crispy sweet topping!
i was so full..i thought i was explode.

while we were doing our wild cooking, chaos was slowly building up outside..


this was just the start... 
and it went on..and on.. and on..
and you know what happened.

    the pizzas look really really really legit!! making me hungry at 4am right now ㅋㅋ!!
    you should soooo get a booth at farmers market and sell food!! your creation of pasta, pizza and bread are bound to be a hit among the locals!
