the turning point!

today was a bit hectic!

i think there was a lot of meetings scheduled, the bcg ppl were going in and out of the office, and they did not have much time to give me work. i just kept myself busy with the excel project i got yesterday (i call it a project but its more like punching in numbers lol.. and checking for accuracy... hey this requires attention to detail, not everyone can do it!)

For lunch, we ran out of the 구내식당 coupon.. so we went to a nearby 분식점 ! Everyone ordered 라면 for some reason... like either 떡라면, 치즈 라면, 보통라면,,, i felt the pressure to conform too but 용기를 내서 비빔밥 시켰어!! 근대... 팀장이 나 깠어 ㅜㅜ ..kind of jokingly.. he was like 혼자 건강챙기네... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

비빔밥 was tasty, they gave a lot of rice though so i left some.. oh one of the 라면 came a bit late.. cuz i think there was a mix up.... the dude who ordered it.. got a bit mad... he complained... 이렀게 장사해서 뭐 해먹겠냐, 어쩌고 저쩌고... it was kind of scary lol..

치즈 라면 looked yummy! i could not take pictures though =/

for the first time i started the internship.. they asked us to go home around 7pm.. before dinner. i was like what??? excuse me?? 농담 그만하세요?? what did you say??

i was pretty tempted to just go home lol.... but it just felt wrong to go before dinner... too good to be true... i thought to myself.. it must be a trick to test our passion and dedication to the bcg bang... tread carefully 흥안 킴. this could destroy all the trust you have built so far.. the other intern of course did not care.. and left as soon as he could... he said he would return next week to give presents to everyone (supposedly his mother told him to do so). i wonder what he will bring?

Suppressing my desire to leave, i decided to stay longer and finish the excel project.. oh and i also wanted to get free dinner!

dinner was pizza! i could not really tell what kind of pizza it was but i could taste chicken, jalapeno and mushroom! everything i like!

after dinner, i worked on the excel project a bit more and helped out the newly hired consultant (former hyundai dude). This is another dude i like, he is generally chill and tends to appreciate what i do for him. he is going on a company training trip next week to malaysia, so he was super excited and kept on talking about how wonderful it would be! so jealous!!

i think he was working on something due today.. but around 10pm he was like "애라 모르겠다, 그냥가야지 다움주에 어차피 트립인데, 흥안님 도 그냥 가세요! 저도 걍 갈거에요" ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 맘에들어! i need someone who has balls to just go home even if 팀장 does not.

so i left with him, came home by 12!
